Vice Admiral Lautenbacher Meets TV Weathercasters

Vice Admiral Conrad C. Lautenbacher addressed 200 plus television weathercasters from across the country at the recent American Meteorological Society Broadcasters' Conference. He also met with the group's Board of Broadcast Meteorology to explore how NOAA can best collaborate with TV weathercasters. The Vice Admiral toured several exhibits, including those from the National Ocean Service, National Weather Service and National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service along with those from private meteorological companies.
