NWFSC Mentoring

NOAA’s Northwest Fisheries Science Center has initiated a pilot mentoring program to enhance opportunities for the sharing of knowledge and skills among employees. The program is intended to foster helpful professional relationships that provide information, encouragement and enhance career direction. The science center is looking forward to continuing this program in successive years and hopes to encourage other NOAA line offices to get involved in similar mentoring efforts.
