Commerce
Department's Child Care Center has immediate openings for 3-
4 year olds. The accredited, non-profit center, run by a board of parents,
is located in the main Commerce building in downtown D.C. Supplemental
enrichment programs are offered in gymnastics, music, computers and other
areas. Priority goes to children of Commerce employees, then to children

October 3 - Walter B. Jones Memorial
and NOAA Excellence Awards for Coastal and Ocean Resource Management will
be presented in Washington, DC. The awards honor distinct public and private
conservation initiatives.
